The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association is once more being sued over claims it is illegally preventing a student athlete from a private religious school from participating on a local public school team.
The parents of A.T., a student athlete at York Catholic High School, are suing the PIAA saying the organization is violating the constitution by preventing her from competing on behalf of York Suburban School District, her local district.
