Indy barber wants IMPD to pay up after his car is hit by police bullets

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis barber says he’s lucky to be alive after nearly being shot while driving, reportedly getting caught in the crossfire of IMPD trying to apprehend a suspect.

“If I had been driving a little bit slower or faster, that could’ve been me,” said Marvin Taylor, the owner of All In The Wrists Barbershop.
