KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A federal grand jury reached a verdict on Friday in the case accusing three women of altering and forging prescriptions at a Knoxville pharmacy.
Tiffany Haney and Anne Warren, co-owners of Rocky Hill Pharmacy, and Tina Roper, a pharmacy technician, were each found guilty of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Additionally, Haney was found guilty of wire fraud, false statements relating to health care matters and aggravated identity theft.
