Police are investigating after the body of a woman was found in the water at FDR Park in South Philadelphia on Friday, March 13, according to 6abc Action News.
Passersby spotted the body around 12:30 p.m., prompting an emergency response, police said. The woman was recovered from the water near the park around 1 p.m., officials said.
