ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – Part of a dump truck was left dangling off a bridge after its tire blew out on Interstate 10 in Escambia County early Friday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, shortly after 7 a.m., the truck driver, a 44-year-old man from Pensacola, was traveling on I-10 eastbound near Mile Marker 17.5.
Troopers reported that one of the truck’s tires had ruptured, causing the driver to lose control. The truck then overturned and collided with the bridge wall.
