BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — The Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD) announced the arrest of three men accused of attempting to solicit children and engage in sexual misconduct.
Police say in January, officers arrested two men who traveled to Boynton Beach believing they were meeting teenage boys. Sixty-two-year-old David Robertson allegedly thought he was meeting a 14-year-old and later confessed. He faces charges including transmission of harmful material to a minor, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, and solicitation of a minor.
Three days later, 40-year-old Errol Hall was arrested after allegedly attempting to meet a 15-year-old boy.
