Orlando’s Mall at Millenia food court just got a serious upgrade. Dal Moros, a Venice-born fast-casual pasta concept, has quietly turned a corner of the court into a working Italian pasta bar. Shoppers can watch a pasta extruder crank semolina-and-water dough into fresh shapes, then pick a sauce and toppings before a steaming bowl is boxed up within minutes. The whole setup is meant to offer a fresher, more “real” Italian option than the usual mall court suspects.
In an interview with ClickOrlando, franchisee David Caruso said “Dal Moros has been in the United States since 2021” and called Millenia “one of the premier locations” for the brand.
