On Feb. 13, 2026, CAVA opened on 1788 S. Victoria Ave, in Ventura, Calif.. This new establishment serves Mediterranean food like bowls or pita wraps. Customers can even build their own bowl. They have multiple choices of different arrangements of foods like meats, vegetables, sauces and rice.
Walking in,the environment was very welcoming with bright colors and many people inside. There wasn’t that much seating, maybe a few tables, but it was still very nice. Although, if your in a rush be sure to be cautious of how busy it can get since ordering could be slow.
I ordered a build-your-own bowl that has a base of lettuce, steak, corn, cucumber, avocado and some different types of sauces. I also ordered some classic pita chips. All of the food was very fresh for a fast food restaurant. I was very surprised…
