WOONSOCKET, RI — Rhode Island State Police arrested two men on outstanding warrants following separate motor vehicle stops on Dulude Avenue.
Patrick Dailey, 59, of Woonsocket, was arrested at 11 a.m. on a Third District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of shoplifting from the North Smithfield Police Department.
