WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A plea agreement has been reached in the case of 44-year-old Daniel Summers, who was charged with kidnapping a child in downtown Wilmington in January.
Summers appeared in court on Thursday, March 12, and pleaded guilty to assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
