That old, clunky E-ZPass transponder you’ve been using on your windshield for years is most likely becoming a thing of the past.
Massachusetts Highway Administrator Jonathan Gulliver announced at a recent meeting of the MassDOT Board of Directors that the Bay State will soon switch to stickers rather than transponders when it comes to the E-ZPass program.
“Easier to manufacture, easier to put on,” Gulliver said in a report from Wicked Local media partner WCVB Channel 5. “For customers who want something that’s a little bit different look on their car, it’s less noticeable.”…
