A fresh Dunkin’ is headed to Arlington’s Green Oaks corridor, with plans to plug into a renovated storefront at 2520 NE Green Oaks Boulevard, Suite 120. The chain is slated to take over a roughly 2,054-square-foot space, and state paperwork points to construction starting May 31 and wrapping by October 31. Multi-unit franchisee Rishad Rajabali is on deck to run the shop, adding it to his existing lineup of Dunkin’ locations in and around Arlington. If everything tracks with the filed schedule, commuters and nearby office workers could be grabbing coffee and donuts there by November.
