A Waverly man was arrested on a Dallas County warrant Thursday in connection with January and February incidents in which he allegedly sent texts messages to an Adel woman in violation of a no-contact order.
Christopher David Tollari, 60, of 807 Fifth St. N.W., Waverly, was charged with two counts of third-degree harassment.
A warrant for Tollari’s arrest was ordered Feb. 26 in Dallas County District Court and served Thursday. Tollari is held in the Dallas County Jail on a $3,000 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for a pretrial conference April 21 in Dallas County District Court…
