A home health company with a location in Lubbock reported a privacy incident where someone might have accessed patient information.
CenterWell Home Health issued a notice about the incident on Feb. 12, which involved a company called Doctor Alliance, according to a news release issued this week. This company allows doctors to sign forms electronically, which in turn lets CenterWell get approval for patient care and send bills to Medicare.
