MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison man was arrested for his seventh alleged operating while intoxicated offense last week after crashing his car into a tree on the city’s west side, police said.
Madison Police Department was called around 9:15 p.m. Friday to the 5700 block of Hempstead Road.
