Albuquerque teen accused of liquor store burglaries, faces multiple charges

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A 19-year-old is accused of crashing a stolen car into stores across Albuquerque, stealing thousands in liquor, and bragging about it online.

Miguel Rivera, who has a lengthy criminal history, is under investigation for recent charges. Police say he smashed a stolen car into a Kelly Liquor store on Wyoming on March 4, stealing $3,000 worth of liquor.

Police came across a social media post about another stolen car, tagging Rivera. They linked his profile to the crimes, noting his distinctive white puffy jacket, the same one they had seen all three burglaries…
