A Jackson Township shopping center recently sold for more than $9.9 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The 5260 Dressler Property Group purchased the commercial building northwest of Belden Village Street NW and Dressler Road NW from DeVille Developments. The shopping center includes the M Bar, Jerzee’s Sports Grille and a mix of other retail and restaurant businesses.
