BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man convicted of a double murder in Wayne County back in 1990 is now out of prison and living in Erie County, according to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.
The department confirmed Chad Campbell was released from custody Thursday morning.
