Violent crew pummels MTA worker in clash at NYC subway station: cops

A violent crew pummeled an on-duty MTA worker during a clash inside a Bronx subway station this week, cops said.

The 55-year-old employee was in the mezzanine of the Bruckner Boulevard and Hunts Point Avenue No. 6 train station around 1:45 a.m. Tuesday when the four miscreants approached him and started a fight, police said.

Two male suspects repeatedly punched the worker in the face before running off on foot, cops said.
