UPDATE: According to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, the victim has been identified as 68-year-old Bradley County resident Gina M. Lucht.
UPDATE: The driver and the vehicle believed to be involved in the initial hit and run, have been located, according to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
They say due to the investigation remaining ongoing, no names will be released at this time…
