BYRON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A new Pilates studio has opened in the Byron Center area.
The new Bodybar Pilates location at 2324 64th St. near Byron Center Avenue in Byron Township celebrated its grand opening Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Located inside a new 2,255-square-foot space built by Wolverine Construction, the studio offers both classic Pilates classes and classes with a reformer machine, which uses spring tension and bodyweight for a fast-paced workout. The classic classes offer a lower intensity workout with more stretching, co-owners Sara Vilcans and Lyndsay Gresham explained.
