A longtime Northern California destination for bánh mì and pho is preparing to return to Rancho Cordova.
Huong Lan Sandwiches is taking over the former site of Fiesta Philippines at 11088 Olson Drive, Suite A, according to a fictitious business statement. Once open, the shop will reintroduce the Vietnamese sandwich eatery to the area after its previous Rancho Cordova location on Folsom Blvd closed roughly three years ago.
The upcoming outpost will join at least five existing locations across Northern California, with restaurants currently operating in San Jose, Sacramento, Folsom, Stockton, and Newark…
