ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Hundreds of customers in Monroe County are without power Saturday morning as windy and cold conditions moved through the region.
According to RG&E, 693 customers in Rochester are without electricity as of 8:30 a.m., including more than 100 customers along Chili Avenue. The utility says power would be restored by 9:15 a.m.
