Syracuse to raze crumbling parking garage. Retail, housing and more parking could be next

Syracuse, N.Y. – The city of Syracuse will demolish a 550-car downtown parking garage a block south of City Hall after three of the structure’s support columns began to fail.

Retail, housing and new parking could be built in its place.
