A South Toledo neighborhood is bothered by gunshots and people outside yelling at 4 a.m. in front of a short-term rental. District Councilman Adam Martinez said, “This has been a nuisance Airbnb for quite some time, but this is the first time it has escalated to this level. There were a lot of complaints and concerns over this past summer that I was not aware of.”
