WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — A Palm Beach County judge has found Cole Preston Goldberg not guilty on all charges connected to the alleged attempted drowning of “90 Day Fiancé” alum Caroline Schwitzky at the 2022 Boca Bash.
According to newly filed court records, Circuit Judge John Parnofiello issued the verdict Thursday during a non-jury trial, concluding a case that drew national attention after Goldberg was accused of holding Schwitzky underwater during the annual boating event.
