EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 34-year-old man was arrested on his third or more offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI) on Wednesday, March 11, in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Jorge Ibarra Gamez, 34, was arrested for DWI, 3rd or more offense. He was transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $15,384 bond.
Shortly before 3 a.m. on Wednesday, officers conducted a traffic stop along the 14000 block of Eastlake Boulevard after seeing a vehicle traveling above the posted speed limit and failing to maintain a single lane.
