GREEN BAY, Wis. (From news reports) – A De Pere man convicted of federal fraud in 2018 has written a letter to a federal court in Green Bay asking for relief.
Ron Van Den Heuvel, now in his early 70s and living in Georgia, sent the letter to the court late last month.
