- Chandler Hughes, 24, of 26950 Stratford St., Highland, California, was arrested for eluding and possession of drug paraphernalia and issued citations for two counts of speeding, no insurance, reckless driving, open container, no license and three counts of failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.

- Jade Pumel, 24, of 2214 Indianola Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for possession of contraband in a correctional institution, possession of a controlled substance and fugitive from justice.
