SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced the conviction of a Pentientiary inmate of two counts of Aggravated Assault and one count of First-Degree Robbery.
36-year-old Jeremiah Hart was convicted Thursday by a Minnehaha County Jury.
