WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. – Just in time for Easter celebrations, a booming business in Northampton County has expanded operations with a new commercial kitchen for preparing chocolate peanut butter eggs, carrot and cream cheese cupcakes and other tasty treats.
Colleen’s Country Shop, a home-based bakery and candy shop, in February debuted a new, larger workspace at 200 Cedar Road in Washington Township, Northampton County.
