EASTON — A man is facing seven criminal charges after an incident last week in which he allegedly attempted to steal his ex-girlfriend’s car in Easton, driving away with her clinging onto the hood.
Shakur Brown, 26, of Washington, D.C., is charged with kidnapping, carjacking, first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and false imprisonment.
