DENVER, N.C. — A Lincoln County mother was charged with kidnapping after allegedly taking her two children and one child who was not hers away, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office said.
Amber Marie White, 30, and the three children were found at a Motel 6 in Charlotte after Lincoln County deputies tracked their location through security camera footage and Flock surveillance.
