OAK GROVE, Ky. (WKRN) — A man from Oak Grove was taken into custody for multiple offenses after an argument with his wife over a $60 expense reportedly turned violent earlier this month.
The Oak Grove Police Department said the victim reached out around 12:30 p.m. on March 2 to report a domestic violence incident from that morning involving her husband, who already had multiple outstanding warrants.
According to authorities, the victim said 28-year-old Nathaniel Alexander got upset with her over a $60 expenditure. When the argument escalated into a physical fight, Alexander allegedly started to choke his wife while she was lying next to their 6-year-old child…
