FirstEnergy vehicles were on site after a power pole fell in the early afternoon on March 13 resulting in live wires blocking the entirety of Donald Avenue off of Richmond Road.
According to a witness who made the initial 911 call, the pole fell around 10:40 a.m. and the area had been experiencing high winds for a sustained amount of time.
