The City of Fort Meade Fire Department will hold its monthly training exercise on March 14, 2026, at the Fort Meade Fire Station located at 12 North Albritton Ave. Training will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include water supply operations, hose deployment, pump operations, and simulated fire attack scenarios.
Residents nearby may notice fire trucks, hoses, and a 2000-gallon drafting tank in use. Some may experience brief drops in water pressure or temporary water discoloration due to hydrant use.
