MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Police said they arrested an impaired Daphne man following a disturbance in a parking lot in west Mobile Saturday afternoon.
Officers responded to 790 Schillinger Road South regarding a disorderly person in the parking lot. They found a visibly impaired man in his vehicle, according to the Mobile Police Department.
A short time earlier, the man, later identified as 21-year-old Caleb Rich, had gotten out of his vehicle, approached a female’s vehicle and made sexual gestures toward her, police said.
Rich was uncooperative when officers found him in his vehicle, police said. He was arrested and booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail on charges of disorderly conduct, failure to obey, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia…
