An Arkansas-based developer is expanding its footprint in Memphis’ Edge District.
On March 10, the Center City Revenue Finance Corp., an affiliate board of the Downtown Memphis Commission (DMC), approved a 10-year payment-in-lieu-of-taxes (PILOT) for an adaptive reuse project at 430 Monroe Ave.
