FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) — There are free parking options throughout downtown Franklin, but with more private lots charging for parking, the city has proposed a resolution to conduct a parking study.
“There are a lot of different retail, restaurants, commercial uses, offices,” The City of Franklin’s Long Range Planning Supervisor, Andrew Orr, said. “People live downtown. There is a lot of tourism and visitors, so what we’re doing is a parking study for downtown Franklin.”
