VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A critical missing adult alert issued for a Virginia Beach man who had not been seen in more than a week has been canceled, according to Virginia State Police.
Police had been searching for Sean Francis Regan, 54, who was last seen in the 7200 block of Granby Street in Norfolk on March 5 around 4:30 p.m.
