Alfred, N.Y. — A Rochester man was arrested late Friday night following a traffic stop in the Village of Alfred that led to multiple felony drug charges, according the Alfred Village Police Department.
Officers say Tyrone Young Jr., 35 was driving without a valid license and showed signs of being under the influence of drugs.
