EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office were investigating illegal dumping in a desert area on Thursday, when they arrested a 45-year-old man after they found him actively dumping trash on a dirt roadway.
The deputies were investigating the intersection of Amherst Street and Horizon Boulevard when they received information about a man dumping trash nearby. Deputies located the man and identified him as Chesman Morales.
Morales was taken into custody and booked into the El Paso County Downtown Detention Facility on a charge of illegal dumping. His bond was set at $1,000…
