MADISON, Wis. — A Green Bay man was arrested for his fifth operating while intoxicated offense following a hit-and-run crash last Sunday on the isthmus, Madison police said.
Police were dispatched to the area of East Gorham Street and North Brearly Street at around 9:30 p.m. for the hit-and-run collision.
