Afternoon gunfire ripped through a Westwego gas station on the West Bank on Wednesday, leaving a 37-year-old man wounded and the neighborhood Quick N Karry convenience store pocked with bullet damage. Authorities say two armed suspects stepped out of a vehicle, opened fire, then sped off, leaving the victim with a gunshot wound to his back.
