BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Perk Up Kitchen, an all-day breakfast restaurant in Bloomington, is celebrating its second anniversary this month.
Perk Up Kitchen is the latest endeavor for restaurant industry experts Mary and Jarrett Ritenour, who own and operate both Perk Up Kitchen and West Side Perk down the street. As lifelong breakfast enthusiasts, Mary and Jarrett source many ingredients from local farms in small batches.
