AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — A man has died after a fatal wreck in Aiken County.
On Friday at 12:46 pm, the Aiken County Coroner’s Office was called to the eastbound lane of Interstate-20 at the 24 Mile Marker to investigate a single-vehicle traffic fatality.
