Student stabbed during altercation near Perry Hall High School

PERRY HALL, MD—Police in Baltimore County are investigating a stabbing involving students that occurred near the campus of Perry Hall High School early Friday morning.

The incident took place around 7:45 a.m. off school grounds but in the immediate vicinity of the campus, according to school officials and local leaders. Baltimore County Councilman David Marks, who has been in communication with leadership at the White Marsh police precinct, confirmed the altercation did not occur on school property.

In a message sent to parents and caregivers, Perry Hall High School Principal Abbey Campbell stated that school administration was notified of a physical altercation involving several students, one of whom was in possession of a knife.
