HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A man is charged with a DUI after a car accident that sent two children to the hospital.
An arrest affidavit says EPD officers were called to the 800 block of South Boeke Road on Friday, after a man had crashed his car into a tree. Upon arrival, officers found two children on the sidewalk and an adult male being bandaged by firefighters.
