A woman says she had a disturbing encounter with the man accused of killing a CHOP nurse just days before the murder.
Tiara Shearer of Parkesburg said the incident occurred last Tuesday afternoon, four days before Jahn was arrested for allegedly murdering a woman in Tredyffrin Township.
