5 people detained after fatal shooting in North Fort Worth, police say

FORT WORTH, Texas — Five people were detained after a fatal shooting in North Fort Worth, police say.

Officers responded to a shooting call around 2:09 a.m. Sunday, March 15, in the 2000 block of East Long Ave., the Fort Worth Police Department said in a press release. When police arrived on the scene, they found one person with a gunshot wound, police said. The victim died on the scene.
